"Put it this way: You simply haven't lived until you've heard the sound of a Moog synthesizer re-creating a bit of white-hot banjo picking, so add Gil Trythall's Country Moog (Switched on Nashville) to your list of holy grails."  - Allmusic.com.

Originally recorded on a Moog modular system and released on Athena Records in 1972, Gil, a native Tennessean, combines his mastery of the electronic medium with his feel for the Nashville sound. This LP is the remix that Gil created to improve the sound. He released it on his own label Pandora/Synthe in 1981, and it includes the addition of an extra track, Decker's Creek.
