Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Due to Brexit tax laws in effect since January 1, 2021, any package that is sent to the UK or EU may face an additional tariff before receipt.
The Bob Moog Foundation is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Late, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries

The Bob Moog Foundation is responsible for processing and packing your order, sending an email to you confirming shipment with a tracking number(s), and providing the carrier selected by the customer with the delivery of your order. The Bob Moog Foundation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you did not receive your order after receiving a shipment confirmation email or received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
