Moogmentum 2019 Autographed Moogseum Grand Opening Poster

Description

Celebrate a milestone in Bob Moog’s enduring legacy with this autographed poster commemorating “Moogmentum: Synthesizing Innovation, Music, and Creativity,” the Moogseum’s three-day grand opening celebration in Asheville, North Carolina, Aug. 13–15, 2019.

The celebration brought together firsthand stories, performances, and synthesizer explorations.  Synthesizer pioneer Herb Deutsch shared memories of developing the original Moog synthesizer prototype with Bob; legendary keyboardist Patrick Moraz (Refugees, Yes, Moody Blues) combined music with reflections on their collaboration and friendship; and pioneering synthesist Larry Fast (Synergy) guided conversations and presented a keynote tracing the evolution of synthesis. Synth sorceress Lisa Bella Donna contributed an amazing synthesizer workshop and riveting, beatiful concert to close out the weekend festivities.

A signed commemorative poster was included in the event’s VIP package. With autographs from Herb Deutsch, Larry Fast, and Patrick Moraz, and Lisa Bella Donna,  this piece connects the Moogseum’s opening with innovators who helped shape electronic music—a meaningful addition to a studio, listening room, or memorabilia collection.
